Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at support@timekettle.ai with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
